KIND ATTENTION OF HOMEBUYERS/CLAIMANTS

“RP has filed an application against the non-contributors before Hon’ble NCLT to reject their claims which though is time taking due to Covid-19 crises but the justice will be done for contributors, be rest assured for that and more over this contribution is refundable as CIRP costs on priority to any claims filed herein.

Now RP is further requesting which is binding, to each member of the COC whether having voting rights or not, including original applicants, to contribute Rs.2,333/- only, which is in addition to the amount of Rs.1792/- already paid. In the present calculations RP is taking his fees upto March 2020 so that at present it is not a burden on the members of the COC, given the Covid-19, Crises:

1. Fees of RP for 3-Months = 3x675000 = 20,25,000/-
i.e. Jan. - March2020
Add GST@18% = 3,64,500/-

2. Fees of previous Service Provider
from 22/01-15/04/20 = 2 months +25 days
@Rs.3.5Lakhs pm. = 9,92,000/-
Add GST @ 18% = 1,78,600/-

3. Expenses incurred and approved in
3rd COC Meeting(Net of fees of RP) = 1,90,394/-

4. Expenses incurred and approved in
4th COC meeting, Net of RP’s Fees = 14,02,263/-

5. Publication of form G (approxi.) = 2,00,000/-

Total 53,52,727/-

So, Contribution of each Member shall be = 5352727 / 2294 = 2333/-

RP has not added his fees from April to June, as yet which will be raised by 10/08/20.

"Warning: Anyone found submitting the same claim twice will be brought to the kind notice of the Hon'ble Court for any further action against the claimant."

"It is clarified that Form C and Form CA have the same implications at this stage".
"It is requested to all the homebuyers to not to send copies of filled forms to the personal email of the IRP."
"It is directed to all the claimants to not to send/file claims by post."
